At Pebley Beach, we understand the importance of safety in-line with government guidelines. You may have seen the extra precautions we've been taking to make buying a car and collecting it at one of our dealerships as easy, hassle-free, and as safe as can be in these uncertain times, and with that in mind, we have some exciting news!

Pebley Beach has introduced a 'contactless' car delivery service. Yes, that's right, your car can now be delivered to your door! So from the comfort of your own home, you can search for your next car, find and order online, and where possible we'll deliver your car or test drive straight to your home! 

How we protect you and your vehicle...

In order to protect both our customers and team when delivering a car, we want to assure you that we are carrying out additional sanitisation measures within every vehicle that comes into our care. Within every car, we are using an isopropyl alcohol-based sanitiser and nitrile gloves.

Outside the car:

In addition to our standard service wash, additional sanitised wipe downs of all the following touchpoints will be carried out.

  • All door handles 
  • All door frames
  • Luggage compartment handle
  • Vehicle keys

  • Seat covers will be used across driver seat
  • Steering wheel & controls

Contactless Home Delivery FAQ

Will I still have a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on new Suzuki?
Yes!, all Pebley Beach new Suzuki home delivery vehicles come with a 7-day money-back guarantee which starts the first day of registration. You can test drive your vehicle up to 250 miles in the first 7 days and if you aren't completely satisfied you can return the vehicle for a no quibble refund. If you drive beyond the 250-mile allowance that's no problem we will simply deduct £1 per mile for any extra miles travelled. Read more >>

Can I view before delivery?

At this time you can view all of the details of a vehicle, it's photos and 360° imagery on our website. We can also arrange a live video viewing on a virtual appointment for your approval. You can request a virtual experience or live video from us by completing the request form >>

Am I able to test-drive a vehicle if I get home delivery?

Yes, we offer a remote test drive facility. If you would like to test drive a car before you make a purchase, please contact the team at your local Pebley Beach dealership to make arrangements. 

What do I need to provide when arranging home delivery?

Please provide us with your photo ID, along with proof of address documentation such as a recent utility bill. You will also need to show our specialists your ID when your car is delivered.

How will Pebley Beach ensure the delivery process is safe?

Our specialists are trained to follow strict regulations that ensure a clean and safe handover. Handovers will take place at a safe distance from you, and our specialists will wear personal protective equipment to provide further protection. They will also be able to answer your questions and explain your car's features whilst respecting a 2m social distancing policy.

Can I purchase a vehicle for someone else?

Unfortunately, this is not possible as your delivery address must match the billing address of the person making the purchase. However, you are free to transfer the V5 to anyone you choose once you own the vehicle.

How do I sign for delivery?

Our specialists will need to sign digital documents once you have confirmed that you are happy at the end of delivery. With your consent, they will sign these documents in front of you on your behalf. They will also take a photo of your new car or used car at your delivery address as proof of handover for our records.

If I am self-isolating can you still deliver?

If you have no symptoms, are not in an at-risk group, and do not live with anyone who has symptoms then we are able to proceed with your delivery.

Self-isolation due to being in contact with someone with the virus, being unwell, or because you are in an at-risk group, means that we can not deliver to you at this time. You can still place a holding deposit on your vehicle of choice in order to secure it and we will work with you to arrange an alternative solution.

Do I need to insure my vehicle?

Yes, you will need to make sure you have the correct fully comprehensive insurance cover in place for your new vehicle. You will be responsible for any damage incurred while the vehicle is in your possession. If you choose to return the vehicle to us we will deduct the cost of repair for any damages.

How do I tax my vehicle?

To tax your vehicle you will need to head over to the DVLA website and enter your licence plate number and 12-digit V5 number. We will happily help you with this and send you your V5 number once we have confirmed your delivery details.
