Pebley Beach takes on two new sales staff

Award-winning motor dealer Pebley Beach has taken on two new sales executives to meet growing demand from car buyers.

Ian Minton and Callum Ray have joined the Swindon-based Suzuki and Hyundai dealer, which regularly wins national awards for its customer service experience, aftersales care, and workshop facilities. 

Ian (52) is a born and bred Swindonian, who has spent 15 years in the motor trade, selling marques as diverse as Jaguar, Volkswagen, and Kia. 

The former Territorial Army reservist – who served his country for 12 years – has also run his own business as a physiotherapist.

Callum (20) joined the firm after his sister bought a car from Pebley Beach and heard about the opening for a sales executive. 

The former Greendown Community School pupil was previously assistant manager of The Cross Keys pub in Wanborough, where he honed his customer service skills. 

Callum will be mentored by Sean Quirk, who in 2013 was crowned a Brilliant Champion in the Hyundai Global Sales Executive.

This summer, Pebley Beach won the award for Customer Service at the AM Awards – the Oscars of the motor industry.
